About the Course

UniSA Online’s Undergraduate Certificate in Psychology has been developed by a team of expert academics as a foundation of core knowledge and skills in psychological science, encompassing how humans grow and change, psychological health and wellbeing, social and personality psychology and contemporary counselling theory.

You’ll explore how psychological concepts are impacted by social, historical, professional and cultural influences, and gain an understanding of cognitive and behavioural approaches to counselling, psychotherapy, and interpersonal relationships. Learn about the science of human thinking and behaviour, including states of consciousness, emotion, motivation and learning, and examine the scientist-practitioner model of modern psychology.
